AJ Auxerre vs. Le Mans FC: Kickoff, Ligue 1+ 6, and Team News

Updated October 25, 2026, before kickoff. AJ Auxerre are scheduled to host Le Mans FC in Ligue 1 Matchday 8 on Sunday, October 25. The official schedule lists a 5:15 p.m. kickoff in Auxerre, France—Central European Time (CET, UTC+01:00)—which is 16:15 UTC. The match is listed at Stade de l’Abbé-Deschamps, and the French viewing guide assigns it to Ligue 1+ 6. This update is based on pre-match information; the fixture has not started, so there is no result to report.

For readers checking the AJ Auxerre vs. Le Mans FC fixture, the most useful confirmed details are the UTC kickoff, the French channel listing, the published Auxerre squad, and the home club’s travel notice. Le Mans’ final matchday group and both starting lineups should be treated as unconfirmed until official team sheets appear.

The Ligue 1 match sheet and AJ Auxerre’s calendar identify the home fixture on October 25. The club’s matchday information also directs supporters to the Abbé-Deschamps stadium for the Le Mans game. The league’s published schedule keeps the kickoff at 5:15 p.m. French time. No official change to this fixture’s date, time, or venue appears in the current match information checked for this update.

France changes from summer time to standard time on the last Sunday in October. The clock change occurs overnight into October 25, so the afternoon kickoff is in CET, UTC+01:00, not summer time (CEST, UTC+02:00). That is why 5:15 p.m. in Auxerre corresponds to 16:15 UTC. Viewers in other countries should convert from UTC using the offset that applies in their own location on October 25; the local date can differ for locations far from France.

Where to watch in France

Ligue 1’s match-specific J8 viewing guide lists Auxerre–Le Mans on Ligue 1+ 6 on Sunday, October 25, at 5:15 p.m. The same guide assigns other simultaneous matches to different Ligue 1+ channels, so the number matters: the match-specific listing says channel 6. A separate league TV schedule confirms the Sunday 5:15 p.m. broadcast window on Ligue 1+. These are French listings; viewers outside France should check the rights holder and service available in their market rather than assuming the channel number carries over.

If you are following from abroad, use 16:15 UTC as the shared reference time and check the local display in your calendar or streaming app. A reminder saved with the Europe/Paris time zone should adjust for the October clock change automatically. Confirm the service and match page shortly before kickoff in case the league publishes a late operational notice.

Team news: Auxerre’s group and Le Mans availability

AJ Auxerre published its selected group for the home match on October 24. The goalkeepers named are Diop, Mezerette, and Nardi. The defenders are Akpa, Diomandé, Legros, Makosso, Mandengue, Oppegård, Sy, and Tuanzebe. The midfielders are Ahamada, Danois, Dioubaté, Ekwah, and Piedfort; the forwards are Archer, Faivre, Khoudda, Namaso, and Zossou. This is the club’s matchday group, not its starting lineup, and selection alone does not confirm that a player will start or take the field.

Ligue 1’s Matchday 8 squad roundup names Labeau-Lascary, A. Dioussé, Okoh, and S. Fofana among Auxerre’s listed absences. It marks Senaya and T. Siwe with question marks, indicating uncertainty in that preview, and lists Mandengue as returning. For Le Mans FC, the same roundup names Bourabaa and marks Voyer, Torrente, and Colas as uncertain. The roundup does not attribute each player’s status to a specific injury or suspension, so no cause should be assumed from the list.

The Le Mans FC newsroom’s latest pre-match item available in the checked club listing is its October 23 weekend agenda. I could not confirm a Le Mans matchday squad announcement there at this pre-kickoff check. That means its selected group remains unconfirmed in the official material reviewed here; it does not establish that any particular player is unavailable. The definitive starters for both teams should be taken from the official team sheets released closer to kickoff, not from predicted lineups.

Stadium access and match officials

AJ Auxerre’s practical information notice for the reception of Le Mans says a security perimeter around the stadium is scheduled to be set up from 12:30 p.m. Auxerre time on matchday. The club warns that access conditions are complicated and advises supporters to plan their route and go around the area if they need to travel through it. Its notice names the public parking areas as La Noue, Rugby Club Auxerrois, and Stade Auxerrois, and says light vehicles will not be allowed in the visitors’ parking lot.

The club also provides a free, monitored bicycle parking area at La Noue, open from three hours before until three hours after the match, and points supporters to local bus and electric-bike travel information. Check the club’s current map and gate instructions against the ticket section before setting out; the right entrance depends on the stand and block printed on the ticket. The 12:30 p.m. perimeter time is local to Auxerre on October 25, when France is on CET (UTC+01:00).

AJ Auxerre has announced Willy Delajod as the referee. Erwan Finjean and Valentin Evrard are the assistant referees, Soulaimane Chamel is the fourth official, and Cyril Gringore and Cédric Dos Santos are the video assistant referees. These appointments are confirmed in the club’s published notice.

What is still pending before kickoff

As of this pre-match update, the official fixture remains scheduled for Sunday, October 25, at 16:15 UTC (5:15 p.m. CET in Auxerre). Ligue 1+ 6 is the confirmed French channel listing, Auxerre’s selected group is public, and the club has published access guidance. Le Mans’ selected group and the starting elevens have not been confirmed in the official sources reviewed. There is no final score yet because the match has not begun.

For a last-minute check, use the official Ligue 1 match sheet for fixture status and live match information. Confirm squad changes on the AJ Auxerre team announcement and the Le Mans FC official newsroom. After full time, wait for the league match center to show the final score before sharing it as confirmed.
