How to get Greater Lair Keys

1. Reach Torment I or higher

If Torment is still locked, use the difficulty altar and follow the progression requirement shown for your character; the old Capstone Dungeon instructions in pre-expansion guides may no longer match the current progression system.

Higher Torment levels make enemies harder and improve rewards in several systems, but Blizzard does not publish a Greater-key drop-rate table. Choose a level where you can finish boss runs and War Plan activities reliably instead of assuming that the highest tier always gives the fastest key farm.
