If you can speak but cannot hear the group, open Settings > Sound > Audio Output and confirm the correct Output Device. If you use headphones, check Output to Headphones. On the Discord voice chat card, raise the chat balance and check that you have not muted all members or turned down an individual participant.
PS5 cannot keep you in a Discord voice chat and a PlayStation party voice chat at the same time. Leave the party or use the voice chat card’s chat selector to switch to Discord. The party/game chat balance controls are also on the voice chat card. If the headset works in a game but not in Discord, recheck that you joined the Discord call on the PS5 and that the card shows an active Discord voice chat.
